I love this place. The coffee, the food, the music. If I lived in Montreal, I would go and buy their frozen food, too. I came here with my son and he had a croissant, and I had two fried eggs over medium on thick wheat bread and bacon. I shouldn't be eating bacon cause of my cholesterol so I gave it my son. His cholesterol is fine. He also works out a bunch. I haven't worked out in awhile, but I'm getting back into it. Life's a marathon. Stop here, and eat. Will asbolutely go back next time I'm in Montreal.

?✨ One of my favorites in Montreal: Café Pamplemousse! ✨?If you are looking for a place for a delicious brunch with Quebec flavors, this café offers full breakfasts and carefully prepared gourmet dishes. The atmosphere is warm, and the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious!

I checked to see if my review was still up and it looks like they somehow removed it, however I’m petty enough to post it again.

When I arrived dirty dishes were covering every table in the restaurant. I was told to sit anywhere and they would take my order. After 20 minutes of sitting in front of fruit flies buzzing around someone’s leftovers, I left. I politely told someone who appeared to be the manager about the situation and she was very rude and dismissive. If this is how they treat the front of the house I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. It wasn’t even that busy, the servers were mostly chatting with each other. I don’t think I’ve been to a worse place.

Excellent little neighborhood restaurant/canteen. Simple brunch, very good and inexpensive. Nice atmosphere without any hassle, for families, couples, students and etc. Plate with fresh produce and just big enough to finish it all. No waste! Attentive and warm service from the owners from Saguenay. Excellent frozen pies, pies and shepherd's pies available on site. I recommend to everyone!
