Went for the first time to get food. The barista was very nice and she helped choose a panini. The prosciutto panini was very good.
However I overheard a conversation between two men in the kitchen that was very disturbing. One said he would not fire an employee so as to not have to give them the gratification of getting severance pay (his words!) but that he would HARASS the employee until they quit. What kind of restaurant treats their employees that way?? If this guy is the manager, shame on the owners. I'll never go back because of that. Do better. Be better.

I ordered a chai latte and they don’t brew their tea. It’s a powder mix and they add hot water. For 7$. It was awful. Very sweet.

Visited this spot on October 2025 — Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly management despite a rough first impression at the counter.
Food: The sandwiches and fries were delicious, with generous portions — definitely worth it!
Service: Unfortunately, the “younger” cashier / barista seemed quite rude and uninterested. When we asked about our missing fries halfway through the meal, he simply said “I know,” which felt dismissive. Luckily, what seemed to be the manager was much friendlier and welcoming — smiling, attentive, and much easier to approach.
Atmosphere: Cozy and pleasant vibe, although there aren’t many tables — more bar-style seating. Still, a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a good lunch.
Overall, despite the initial service hiccup, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be coming back!

Not the fanciest place, but for the price it is outstanding. Excellent shorthand chef and hot food, fresh baked bread. A huge step above a regular cafe.

Parma never disappoints! The staff are always friendly, and the quality of their sandwiches is great. The bread is super fresh.
This one’s the steak capicolo épices, vraiment délicieux! The other was the steak sandwich, also amazing. Highly recommend.

Not the worst coffee, but something about the way the manager acts around staff makes the whole place feel awkward.

Delicious Turkey club sandwich! Friendly and welcoming workers. The pickled eggplant as a side was the perfect addition. The pear drink is small but yum!

The frappes are worst
They just add black coffee and ice

Did not like it
