Perfect place to meet near Place Victoria. Excellent service, very courteous. Delicious coffee and lemon-vanilla iced cupcake!

Food was ok, the coffee was pretty good but the attitude of the guy on the till was a bit rude. Repeating himself twice and emphasizing how they'll bring the food to us (whilst I was trying to pay - he wanted a bigger tip:/ ) and staring, Just made it awkward. Disappointing.

Pleaaase fix your cups. Was so excited to try your coffee and ended up with it all over me and absorbed by napkins trying to hold the cup.

The cafe is fantastic! I had a bagel and a croissant, and they were both delicious. My only suggestion would be to update the pictures with the current pricing. It can be a bit confusing for those of us on a budget when the menu visuals don't match the prices. Otherwise, great experience!

Good sandwiches, and that's it. Excessive price, catastrophic organization, 40 min wait for a sandwich. A farce from start to finish.

One of the best sandwiches in Montreal! They have other locations as well throughout the city. Highly recommended for pick up or you can eat on site. My favorite is the steak sandwhich. Run, don’t walk!

Because we didn’t tip, they didn’t serve the coffee for 30 minutes. I canceled the order and left. The service is zero.

I've ordered here every other week, sometimes multiple times per week for over a year now.

The recipes have recently changed, and not for the better. The San Daniele staple has now suffered cost cutting measures while still costing 20$ after taxes and tip, for a sandwich! Arugula was switched out for McDonald's shredded iceberg, and olive tapenade was scratched off entirely. This sandwich can now be made yourself for less than 5$.

My regular smoked salmon sandwich, which is the one I can eat regularly for dietary restriction reasons, without going for the terrible "veggie" one, has now been removed from the menu.

Value for the price no longer seems to be there. Shame, as it was for me the best sandwiches in town.

The food is good but if you want to waste your lunch time in waiting more than eating, go there. I feel like they are understaffed to save on costs even during the lunch rush hours. There is a lineup of ppl mostly waiting. Only one person that serves tables and meals to go...a joke!
