By looking at their reviews for this location it is very clear that they don't care about customers or they would not have the continuous complaints. Stick with original location downtown 👌

soggy fries :( the patati patata on st laurent is better
I have mixed feelings about this place! I came because of the naming, they had creative vibe, cheap food and nice friendly people who worked there. But glasses were not cleaned properly I waited really long time. Kitchen is open and you see how they cook without gloves… And not all of the menu items were available. So I would say a decent place to sit and chat for those who don’t want to spend a lot of money. Portions are really big! If you hungry and budget limited - I think could be nice

Great little place that gives me small town fries shop vibes. Loved the fish burger, and it's my favourite type of fries!
The music *was* pretty loud though, as other reviewers have said.

Their hot dog is so small that it should be called hot Chihuahua
Friendly service but frankly rather average poutine. Especially for a place called Patati Patata.
Service lacks alot of professionalism, they don't care about the clients. They are too busy between them . I won't come back.
Also my fries were burnt and the gravy was old with alot of clumps in it.
Deception..

Food is always delicious and classically Patati Patata, and prices are very reasonable. I love the fish burger with fries and salad. Service is always friendly and fast, and the vibe is relaxed and cozy. Plus, you can't beat the proximity to Jean-Talon market. It's my go-to spot in the area :)

If we changed “luxury chip shop” to “neighborhood chip shop”, it would already hurt less. The breads were burnt and cold, and we were the only ones in the restaurant, 1 hour before closing.
The dressing for our salad was off and tasted STRONG of green pepper…
We got food poisoning a few hours later.
And please, bleach your mop, the smell in the restaurant was almost unbearable. The smell in the bathrooms reminded me of Foufs. Hire someone instead of having employees do the cleaning?
In short, nothing to do with the vibrant Patati Patata OG.

Very good value for money. Especially if you order with beer on the menu!
One of the best poutine in Montreal! The fries are thin and crispy, the brown sauce is delicious (it almost has a refined chocolate taste) and finally the cheese comes in a generous portion (real cheese curds!).
The service is smiling and very friendly!
I will come back ;)
