Patisserie Cremino

I ordered a custom cake from them, and let’s just say it was so good, I almost considered keeping it all to myself. They took my vague description (“make it look pretty and taste amazing”) and turned it into a masterpiece! The design was spot-on, and the taste? Pure magic. Moist, flavorful, and probably the reason I’ll be at the gym every day this week. Highly recommend if you want a cake that’s both a feast for the eyes and your taste buds!

Overpriced, not deliciouse, I went based on my experience in Lebanon but it is totally different, just same brand but not same quality, no prices are displayed you should ask about the price of everything and the employee was barely looking to us ... I don't recommend.

The rating doesn't do justice to Cremino. I've been going there for 10-15 years and never disappointed me.

Patries and cakes are fresh and delicious but I have a sweet spot for their small cookies. Good for any occasions.

The service did get worse around covid specifically 1-2 employees that seemed entitled.

They have young staff now, engaged and ready to help. They don't take credit but it's clearly advertised. People jump the gun too easily so give it a try.

Pastry not fresh, this is the third time I go there and I am served a 2 or 3 day old cake, each time I tell myself that they will come back as before and serve like all the pastries prepared in the same day, it's a shame it was the best pastry shop in Montreal for me

We ordered (under the name of René) some small pastries (mignardises) and it was absolutely delicious
Beautiful presentation, freshness, delicate taste without being too sweet, an absolute success that we highly recommend. Our guests enjoyed the appetizers and were also able to taste the variety of petit fours. To do again without hesitation!

I discovered this place thanks to the DoorDash app. I was looking for "pastries" on DoorDash while I was in the area. After I placed my order at another store, the app recommended some nearby local favorites within my search criteria. Since they are not on the app I decided to walk in to the store to pick up a box of mixed cakes/biscuits. I was impressed by how clean the establishment was. The presentation and the smell for freshly baked good was just amazing. It would have been convenient if they offered delivery via my favorite app, hence removing 1 star. Otherwise it's a 5/5.

Very good cake and croissants

A really mediocre service, a haughty and really poor quality attitude, I felt like I was embarrassing the waitress (the tall and brunette one), an unfriendly and really unpleasant look. I wouldn't come back, it doesn't make me want to. Mediocre atmosphere.

Poor service cold coffee once asked to have more coffee than milk and that its hot silk the staff was really rude with a racist attitude no smile he asked me to leave and forced me to accept his cold coffee and no taste of coffee you need to hire people who know how to work in customer service and if he was the manager he is just useless and mean
