What a lovely little restaurant in Verdun. Cozy vibe, lovely staff, quick service and super delicious food. The menu offers a lot of variety. Simple dishes but packed with amazing flavours and great textures. Generous portions and fair prices. Will definitely go back for coffee and lunch.

I ? love ? this ? place ? It feels like home. Great atmosphere; spacious; solid tables and chairs; roomy; casual and easy-going. Nice terrasse in the summer.
Service? Superlative. Friendly and helpful without being overbearing.
Food: tasty and made with fresh ingredients. Innovative combinations and sandwiches. Good prices too.
And while all of the above would be enough for me to come back, the cherry on top is the coffee. The regular, filtered coffee. While too many places throw any ole bean in their filtered, PSB uses a top-tier bean, of 3rd-wave espresso quality. Instead of the amateurish burnt-bean taste of everything you buy, here you're distinguishing citrus flavours, rounded edges on the tongue, rich taste and NO burnt bite.
