I ordered their pepperoni pizza to go. I was very disappointed, I really don't get how this place is so popular around here.
Crust is very doughy, and bland. Definitely lacks salt. The whole pizza actually needs salt, which is very surprising considering the ton of cheese and pepperoni on it.
The cheese is also absolutely tasteless, there's a alot of it, sure, but it doesn't have any flavor. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't even real cheese and something like analog cheese instead.
Same with the pep, tons of it, barely any flavor. There's also very little tomato sauce
It's filling, that's about it.

Went back for the first time in ages. Was sad to see they changed the recipe. Used to be a monster pizza. Sad to see them fall victim to post covid shrinkflation. The dough had no bubbles, sauce tasted generic. lack of cheese. at least pepperoni was still cut length wise. won’t be returning.

Just wasn't very good pizza. Wasn't terrible either. But in this economy it's not worth it to go to restaurants with just okay food... You're better off getting a frozen pizza from the store.

Awful experience. They messed up my order, and when I politely pointed it out, they were rude and tried to blame me. Every time they spoke to me they constantly said “Hey, lady” in a condescending tone, as if I was stupid. I felt completely disrespected. They also claimed their card machine was broken and demanded cash, then refused to give a receipt. I later saw other reviews mentioning the same thing. I won’t be back.

They have a good pizza i give you that. But the customer service is horrible! When i called to order i was having a hard time finding their menu. So i ask what flavors of pizza they have and she said to me you dont know what you wanna order? And she said call back when you know and she hang up on me. Rude and worst service never going back again.
I've only ever had their pizza. When I lived in NDG this was my go to place. Tastes great, the amount of pepperoni they use is generous. If you are looking for specialty pizzas though, this is not the place.

Tonight picked up 2 pizzas don't know what happened but thrown together mushrooms almost raw and dough not fully cooked i get pizza her for 30 years very disappointed

I’ve been a long time customer of Pendeli’s on Cote Saint-Luc road. It is simply the best pizza ever! The homemade dough is delicious and strips of pepperoni are amazing! Theo is a master at his craft. I usually order the all dressed pizza and have also had their Greek salad both are delicious! I highly recommend Pendeli’s it’s a Montreal staple for a good reason. What happened to Pendelis pizza?? They used be so good and delicious. I went there for pickup a month ago and the pizza taste disgusting and the ingredients don't taste fresh at all. The ingredients and cheese were so little. The taste is off and the spices in some of the pizza tomato sauce was so bitter and tasted burnt. I had to threw the pizza away and my non picky children didn't like the pizza at all. The same Greek papas are still working there in the kitchen. It is very unfortunate and I will not be returning in the future. What a great disappointment, it is like the business is going to close down soon and the chef have no motivation to work there anymore.

Pre ordered on super bowl Sunday at 1pm to have my pizza ready for 6:00. I show up at 6 they tell me its not ready and i need to wait 30 minutes while they prepare it. Not a good look...i called with so much time in advance. I didnt wait and just left
