The dishes are indeed very beautiful, but the quality of the meat is average and overcooked, It's too soft, If I want to change the dish, He told me I had to pay for two dishes. Should customers be held responsible for failed dishes? I then paid full price even though the steak was returned to the kitchen. Very bad dining experience, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Came here for their MTL a table as their menu intrigued me the most out of a lot of the other restaurants. The food was good with some hits and some misses. Really enjoyed the amuse bouche which was a play on an arancini but with tapioca! It had a nice crunch and light curry flavour with a velvety garlic sauce. The potimarron dish was pretty good however I felt the veal was a bit dry. Maybe it was just reheated for too long? The flavours were nice as it reminded me of a thanksgiving dinner. The beef dish had good flavour but the beef again was a bit dry. I really enjoyed the sauces and vegetable in that dish. Loved the use of the seasonal ingredients. The trout dish was good as well. As for the dessert, I found it underwhelming. I really appreciate all the components in the choux dessert. Unfortunately, the ginger in the apple compote was too over powering and didn’t work with the mousse. As for the service, it was great! Overall, I really appreciated the originality and effort put into each dish using seasonal ingredients! Decent food but nothing that blew me away.

I came here during MTL à TABLE. There was a vegan prix fixe menu. I was looking for dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
With a starter, 2 services and a dessert. The starter was vegetarian and could be made vegan. The sweet potato confit was flavourful. I like the way they prepared the turnip, especially the figs and pomegranate molasse. The dessert was delicious as well. The coconut ganache was fragrant, not sweet. The tartlet made with bitter chocolate.
The dishes were generous in size. A satisfying meal.
