We came to this place twice while visiting Montreal. On the first day, we had to wait a bit to be seated. The next day, we waited for an hour after they told us it would be 20 minutes. The biggest surprise when got in, the placed was empty. Maybe they’re short staffed. The food is very good but service needs some work. We saw the manager give the server a hard time for a wrong order. Not good in front of customers. Yorgo was amazing. Despite being busy he displayed genuine interest and had a smile on his face. Antoine was the worst. He treated customers like crap and acted like he was doing him a favour. Not good.

I recommend that you do not go there at 2 p.m. on the weekend. The meal disappointed me, although we go there regularly. there was so much missing: no pulled pork, salmon, English muffin, Oreo milkshake, mayonnaise, squeezed orange juice (and even then it was only what I asked for maybe it was missing other stuff). And no card payment for more than a week, we have to pay withdrawal fees! Otherwise good service from the servers. You should manage your stocks better, thank you.

Petinos spots are often a delight, but this one? A ghost town for staff! It's like playing a game of “Spot the Waiter”. Even when it’s not busy, there's no one around to take an order. We hung around for a suspenseful 25 minutes, then decided to call it quits. We tossed in the napkin - literally, since that's the only thing we could get our hands on!
Came from Toronto with friends and was waiting at our table for an hour.The poor server had so many tables to take and it was very obviously horrible management. The manager continued to seat people even though we had been unserved for over an hour since being seated. The manager wouldn’t even help by stepping in to take orders. He just kept seating more people than they could handle.Disappointing and a huge waste of my time. We left before we even got to try the food.

not recommended.. found hair (mustache hair I assume) in breakfast, got 25% off, what was the logic behind that amount? :) maybe if you hire more staff, people wouldn't get frustrated by waiting forever at the entrance to be seated and also taking orders won't take that long. the energy you spend for responding to negative comments can be spent for making this beautiful place a better breakfast/brunch spot.

The food was ?, the presentation was great & the atmosphere was nice. I found the staff to be very accomadating; my waitress(Dania)was very detailed. I will definitely be coming back.
Vegetarian options: I had the ? and toast withd smoke salmon with frit. It was fresh and delicious ?
We picked this place because it had so many options on the menu. You definitely need to come here super hungry because meals were giant. I ordered the omelette and the petinos fries. The fries were so good (best hollandaise sauce I've had). Our server was lovely. It's definitely not a fancy brunch like some of the other places we looked at but personally I prefer that way! Very reasonably priced for what you get!
