We watched our step going in and got a warm welcome from the owner. We did ask about the comments about poor customer service and she clarified that she matches the energy (my words) of the person coming in. So if you're a kind and polite human being, I believe that you'll be fine.
We had turtles bars and 6 cupcakes of different flavours for a total of $40. The treats are very sweet and left a funny feeling on my tongue (I think it may be the sweetener used). The red velvet, carrot and chai cupcakes were our favourite. I took a star off being all four of us tasted baking soda in the matcha cupcake and didn't finish it. The icing was a big hit though!

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and they did not respect the order stating they do not work with Door dash 2 hours after ordering online. They took no responsibility and no valid solution was offered to figure it out on my own. Do not recommend ever working with this company.
