Paris Brest pour 6 personnes pris en étalage, une acidité limite citronnée!?!?! Heureusement personne de malade. Il n’était pas du jour!

I reiterate the bad faith on your side Maxime. And for that, I lower the overall rating that I gave you. It’s a shame, the products are good, but the managers a little less so. This is not a lack of respect, just an observation. The messages appeared on your machine, at a time when the premises had not yet been redone and enlarged. Anyway. Best wishes.

Edit: I'm changing my general rating and here's why: I've been a customer since the opening. I can't stop praising the place for its products. I noticed in fact that the display of the card machine no longer mentioned the messages below each top percentage as before like: not enough...
At the time I said to myself that it was really cool that you heard from your customers. But the bad time... Nope. Admitting to having made a mistake doesn't hurt anyone and in no way takes away from the excellent quality of your products. But too bad, I would go elsewhere from now on, I don’t really like this state of mind. ??‍♀️ A good continuation all the same.

The products are good and the staff is generally friendly. The only real negative point in my opinion is the card machine, which systematically displays tips, and option with guilt-inducing sentences... For employees who are not paid the minimum wage but on the contrary well paid, I find it distressing to make the customer feel guilty. Damage

One of the prettiest gourmet addresses on the Plateau. The service is super cheerful.

Coffee was so good. Canelé was also very good. Young and friendly staff.
It feels really you’re having your coffee in Paris.
Thank you!

The chosen name says it all. This reinvigorated the Plateau. Too bad for the little ones but it's up to them to renew themselves and offer a unique service like this bakery. It will be part of a place of visit for residents and tourists passing through Montreal. It's worth the price. ??

1st time I'm going there for myself.
I wanted to try it because when I walked past it, it made me want to, very beautiful window display, then I saw that it had recently been voted among the best croissant in Montreal and I love it.
But then I tasted it, I absolutely didn't understand, it clearly lacked butter, quite dry, it was very ordinary to remain nice, big disappointment.
I also tried the Swiss, it was very good, generous in cream and chocolate.
There were a lot of other things that made me want it so I'll try that next time.

The caramel cruffin is a very unique and stand out desert. I love getting it for friends to try they always have a reaction! The customer service is also top notch - I appreciate the worker who helped me figure out what combinations of croissants to get within a budget. It’s a classic French style bakery that’s def worth the hype.

I visited this place for all 4 days of my trip... It's so delicious, it's a bakery of a level you can never find in Toronto. I seriously thought about whether I should move to Montreal because of this place. Personally, I highly recommend the basil strawberry clair and baguette, and jambon sandwich.

I joke and tell my daughter that it's the French embassy.
The bread (and especially the baguette) is excellent!
But what made us come there every morning was the staff! Honestly a great team! Always in a good mood! Always professional! In short, we miss you! See you soon I hope!

Had the pain suisse and croissant both were nice and flaky, but their cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had in a while!

First time going to this bakery. Absolutely excellent baguette and the best croissants I have tasted in Quebec so far. They deserve their title!
Very friendly service, reasonable prices, everything seems to be prepared on site. I will definitely return.
