We order food and the inside of the dumplings there was a very bad stench also in the edamame it was bad some of the beans inside were mouldy

Place reopened today and WOW this was amazing! The meat was cooked falling off the bone and juicy, and the fish (not pictured because we forgot) was cooked to perfection. The staff was also super friendly. I will come back for sure!

Outstanding dumplings. I ate here five years ago on a business trip and I remembered the chef prepping dumplings in the window, and I had to go back. So I walked on St. Catherine’s St until I saw the chef making dumplings and went in. I ordered pan fried pork and chives dumplings and tofu. The food was as excellent as I remembered. If you in Montreal and have a craving for Chinese dumplings, this is an outstanding choice! Prompt and appropriate service.

Amazing soups and dumplings….. i wish the client service was atleast GOOD……horrible server…. i saw someonés order getting mixed up, very unwelcoming host…. i hope hosts are trained better….to top it i was demanded for tips and when i declined, i was schooled by the host present today. Because of people like this, the name of good restaurants get ruined, its shameful

Food: Awesome. The best “homemade” tasting flavors. Perfectly sized soup dumplings that enables you to fully enjoy each dumpling with all of the soup inside. This might be the most perfectly executed soup dumpling we have had in recent memory. We had the pork + shrimp.

Service is minimal. The atmosphere is… fascinating. Taking up most of the wall real estate is a painting that is both disturbing and deeply intriguing, and which became the subject of an hour long sociopolitical discussion that turned into growing admiration for the piece. It grows on you, the more you study it, but is jarring at first glance.

We went to the one on St-Laurent for lunch. We had this one little woman server who pushed items on the menu. The more expensive dumplings which was the lamb coriander dumplings. I don't like to feel pressured on ordering food. The chicken dumpling soup broth was a disappointment. You eat all the dumplings and the broth is tasteless. I told the server no coriander in my husband soup since he doesn't like it, yet it had some in it. I found that the lamb coriander dumpling had barely coriander in them. My husband ate them like crazy probably because they're wasnt any in them? The service was ok before the bill. Usually the server gives you the bill no? I got up to pay my bill wondering when or where is she going to give it? She never did. There I was standing at the cash register and I see the amount of 95.00$ for 4 people. I stood there wondering ok? Waiting not knowing to what to do next. Then our server at the cash she says..THIS ISN'T WITH TIP!!! (In others means, pay me a tip now!!) There I was standing next to my daughter looking awkward because the server is demanding a tip!! This is very unprofessional as a server to demand a tip. It's not an obligated thing. BEWARE OF THIS!!! I was maybe going to come back to this place but I'd rather go somewhere else to get better service and good food!!
