I had ordered multiple times in this specific spot, and I realized that their service was very slow, but I did not think too much of it because I understood the understaffed team. This time, I had waited 1 whole hour for 2 sandwiches. I watched multiple clients get the same order even when they ordered after me. The cashier knew the entire time and never told the chef until an hour later. They both were hiding their faces and laughing it off. No hospitality, no pity, horrible customer service!
Today we ordered from this PFK on Victoria avenue. Popcorn chicken was perfect, but 20pc.chicken stinks of burnt smell and has a burnt taste. I call the store and the girl tells me no its not burnt. She changed the oil today. How dumb can you get. They keep oil for two weeks without any changes!
