We ordered via Uber Eats and the order arrived missing the box of large popcorn chicken that we paid for. When we called to complain the store manager said to call Uber and kept giving us the run around. It was not Uber’s problem since the packages were sealed with KFC tape. This store simply made a mistake and didn’t want to own up to it. This was theft and dishonest practice. Shame on you to steal from honest customer.

I placed an order on the app at 3:00 PM and it was never delivered. I was charged $45.99. I called and the woman who answered was rude and didn't resolve anything; they just stole my money. This happened today (January 22, 2026), it's almost 6:00 PM. The order cannot be canceled on the app. The photos show the order number and delivery time, but the order never arrived. I need a refund of what I was charged.
