Such a ridiculous service I ever been experienced in my life. Waiting here for more than 25 minutes to get my 2 Big Crunch. Staff needs to be replaced too they don’t have sense how to deal with the customers. I don’t think so anybody works here knows the meaning of customer service. Ridiculous.

The workers were kinda slow. The food was very oily and it didn’t come up to our expectations. The side dishes (fries) were better then the chicken. Overall, it is very bad for such overpriced meal.

It's the second time in the span of a month that we go and it's clearly understaffed. Both times my order was wrong. There's so many people at the counter that it's not worth to go back. I figured just eat it and it'll be fine. The chicken was super fatty. It wasn't even good. The skin was soft. It wasn't crispy out of a four-piece chicken. I ate maybe one and the coleslaw clearly wasn't good anymore. It's very upsetting when you pay $40 to have a meal for me and my daughter and we end up throwing most of it away.

I ordered the 18 piece combo through uber eats. This is the absolute worst version of KFC I’ve ever had. Diluted tasteless discoloured gravy. Chicken pieces that are normally 1 piece everywhere else on the planet are cut into 2 or 3 pieces. Why is a thigh cut in 2?!! Lumps of fried batter….absolutely the worst

It said closing time at midnight but when I got there at 11pm it was locked. A man was inside and ignored me. This kfc sucks, there are better ones around
