I was quite disappointed with my visit. The cashier was chatting with her coworkers in the back and continued to talk while serving us, which came across as unprofessional. In addition, I noticed an employee in the back biting his nails and spitting one on the floor, which is very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I truly hope management will take the necessary steps to improve both service and cleanliness, as this would make a big difference for customers.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a combo meal, but the cashier failed to mention that the ice machine was out of service. As a result, my drink was warm. When I told them I was unaware of this and requested a refund, they refused. I then began recording the situation to document what happened, and the cashier approached me from the front and struck me, causing my phone to fall. I even have the video of the cashier, but unlike him, I know what basic decency means, so I’m not releasing it. Avoid this place if you value respectful and honest service

I’ve been going to kfc on Victoria for 50 years. Since 1975. It sucks. Either no training or quality has changed. Two piece now $14.61 that’s crazy under cooked breading not cooked and gummy
