I had a great experience at KFC thanks to the excellent service provided by one of the staff members, an Indian gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). He was incredibly polite, attentive, and efficient. He made sure our order was accurate and served with a smile. It’s always refreshing to see someone take pride in their work. Great job!
Better expérience, tasty and healthy food.
The service of c PFK is zero and what can we say about the cleanliness oufff and the toilets are seriously disgusting

The chicken had a weird texture as if it had been taken out of the freezer just before being thrown into the fryer. Aging interior.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the KFC location at 3090 rue Hochelaga in Montreal. My carry-out order was supposed to be ready at a certain time, but I only got it 20 minutes later due to delays and overall chaos in the store.
While waiting, I witnessed a near-confrontation between kitchen staff and a Uber driver, and another customer was visibly upset because his order was missing chicken pieces. When he refused the substitute the staff offered, he was told it would be 15 more minutes—but even after 20 minutes, his order still wasn’t ready.
To make matters worse, staff struggled to communicate in French, which not only goes against Quebec regulations but also made the situation harder for the already frustrated customer.
This location has consistent issues with delays and poor service, which staff often blame on being "too busy." However, there were only a few customer orders alongside Uber/DoorDash/online pickups when I was there. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Kid-friendliness: Seeing how chaotic it is in there, I wouldn't bring my kid.

Pieces always missing dirty place they don’t care about customers
Error in my order when we call we are told that they can't do anything and to call back tomorrow when the manager is on site. I ordered on the PFK application and they told me that Uber took care of the delivery even though I used the application.

Honestly extremely disappointed with the customer service, I ordered a family barrel feast which includes 8 pieces of chicken (I paid extra for white meat), a box of popcorn chicken, a fries and 2 sides.
I added 6 tenders, a sauce, one more salad and a pepsi.
I call to say that my fries are missing and they refuse to give them to me and even persist, telling me who knows my mistake and that I should have asked for them because I chose 2 salads as accompaniments.
I try to explain that the fries come with the feast and 2 side dishes and again we don't want to know anything.
My bill to go up is $90!
Never again!
I advise against it!

The good old delicious recipe from the colonel. Nothing to say about the food, the service was very good the little lady was polite and helpful. It's an excellent pfk to visit, this one is paradise compared to that of Verdun.
