The owner is a real cheapskate, no heating at PFK, it was 12 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, look at the photo it was 5 p.m. They could have put an auxiliary heater, but no! The girls at the back speak a language that I don't know, they seemed to be laughing at the customers, poor girl at the cash register doesn't speak their language, it's really rude to speak another language in the presence of another person who don't speak that language.

Worst experience, I ordered around 5:15 p.m. and after 6:30 p.m. still nothing... impossible to contact the restaurant or customer service I finally had to pick up my order myself and they refused to reimburse me, no manager on site , it was a total mess with lots of orders not made and besides my order had not even been prepared yet….. I am going to make a formal complaint

As for taste, you can never go wrong with them. The renovation of the restaurant is pleasant and much more modern. No music or ambiance in the restaurant and the customer service is really basic. It's not bad by any means but it could use a little more life.
