I ordered a chicken bucket, a tender meal, and a sandwich. All I got in my hand was one chicken meal and it wasn’t even my order. Worst quality of service.
Update: After a year from my previous comment. My wife ordered a game night’s meal from this store again. We placed the order at 6pm but there was no delivery made by the end of the day. We had to call the support to cancel the order. Very very disappointing service, avoid at anytime.
I had a really bad experience at this KFC. The service was terrible the staff didn’t speak French at all, and even their English was hard to understand. On top of that, the girl serving us was very impolite and didn’t seem to care about helping customers. Honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Definitely not coming back.
