The portions are hefty and the prices are fair. But the service was so slow, maybe because they were short staffed, who knows. The food was so oily too, the pho had a layer of oil on the top and lacked flavor. The vermicelli was oozing in oil and the lemongrass in the chicken was so roughly cut that it was scratching my throat, so they gave alot of protein.
The bun bo hue was fire (spicy and good portion), the Pho Annie was massive/flavorful for a large, the coffee was decent but more on the sweeter side and about the bolalot hmmmmm not to my liking (I had high expectation on that dishe). I gave 2 stars for the service because of the wait time (I had to turn around multiple times to get his attention for the order, ice coffee was served near the end of the lunch...he probably forgot and had no water until the end....I was dying because...
Pho Anni was good, though not the best broth I’ve had. It was still enjoyable but lacked a bit of depth. They’re very generous with their meat portions, can’t complain about that at all. Service was simple and straightforward.
