I decided to give this place another try after our first time going here 8 years ago. Horrible decision. I ordered #37 and #14... My #14 was missing meat... Paid so much for nothing. I calledultiple times and the line is busy. People don't go here, terrible terrible place. So basically they charged me full price, but not giving ask the order. NO MEAT. I didn't order vegetarian. Not giving this place another chance.
Food was good, but service is terrible. First time I went with my husband, brother and parents, the service was very slow... For us, everyone else got their orders taken before us although we were there first. We thought nothing of it. The second time we got the exact service. We ordered our meal, it took a while, after that my mom ordered a few desserts, one for my 3 yo. He finished his dessert, but we never got to see the other desserts. My brother went to ask them for it after 20 minutes of wait, the lady told him that she's very busy and that he should wait. So we waited another 15 minutes and they never came. My mom was upset and decided that we should just leave. She asked, my mom said they took too long with our desserts and the lady was yelling at my mom "I'm busy I'm busy". She starts punching our order I didn't see anything out of place, we paid and we left. Now I've just checked our bill and I noticed that they charged us one of the desserts that never came as a part of a combo meal... Wow... Stealing isn't appreciated. Never going back

Tried this place to see how their pho is. Ordered the classic beef pho with tripe and meat balls. Not impressed: the soup was decent but the amount of tripe and meat balls was quite few compared to other pho places. Also the side dishes served was not good at all, they first served only bean sprouts (half fresh and half unfresh) with lime. They brought unfresh Thai basil leaves when asked … I wouldn’t return for a second time.

The service was good. I had a pho and spring rolls but my complaint is mainly about spring rolls that are just full of rice and the rice seems not fresh a bit hard. I thought it's supposed to be made with noodles. The pho was good but they only give bean sprouts and no basil leaves or pepper with it.

Ugh…. The regular soup is actually a small one. The broth is unremarkable, there is little flavor in the bowl of soup and no accompanying herbs... the whole base is missing. Commercial rolls are ??♂️
I wouldn't go back there.

Picked up to go order, flavours were off and bland, lettuce was browning on edges, rolls barely any filling and dry. This used to be an excellent spot, unfortunately quality is no longer there.
Every time I try something new, I ask myself, “Does it taste good? Will I order next time? Will I come back here?” - Yes, I will order it, it is very tasty.??✅

Pros: Decent portion of food for the price. They served ice cold water. Cons: Grilled pork wasn't tender. Their Imperial Roll isn't homemade. Their General Viet chicken was soft; not crispy. I can taste bite-sized flower batter with no chicken. Overall: It's not a bad place. The food is okay. It's just that I've had much better elsewhere for the same price.
