Improve your delivery service and respect people if there is a zero star you don't deserve

The sales manager often lies about the order preparation time. In addition, the attitude towards the delivery people is unacceptable: no respect, no greetings, no “hello” or “good evening”, and even less a simple smile. In addition, it does not give orders the importance they deserve, unlike other businesses. It intentionally causes delays. Personally, I have encountered unpleasant behavior from this store on several occasions, whether from the woman or the man who manages online orders. And this, despite the fact that I always respect the employees of each establishment I go to. However, at this particular store, the service is so bad that I dread having to pick up an order every time because of their poor behavior towards all the delivery people I know. Ironically, a lot of their revenue comes from online delivery, but they treat delivery people poorly. I encourage all delivery people who experience this type of behavior to report this disrespectful business. Tip: If you hate delivery people that much, why not just eliminate the delivery service? It would make everyone happier. PS: This update was necessary due to their disrespectful response, as you can see.

Les soupes étaient très délicieuses, nous avons gouté à celle au boeuf épicé et celle au poulet et légumes et nous les recommandons. il y avait plusieurs mouches à fruit qui volaient dans les airs. J’espère qu’ils pourront régler ce problème qui a un peu nuit à notre experience, car sinon le service était très bon et l’ambiance chaleureuse.

I loved my meal at Pho Fleury. The soup was authentic Vietnamese, delicious and a very good size. But above all I loved the service, it's so nice to be served by smiling and pleasant people like them. I recommend it to all Asian food lovers!

Wow. The Tonkinese soup “Tonki Speciale all garnished” is simply sublime ?. The broth is divine and the whole thing, to taste and to the eye, is very well balanced. There's love in there ?.
The owner who served me is so friendly. I finally know, thanks to his explanations, how to taste this Vietnamese-style dish. I can't wait to go back to discover other specialties.

Super propre! Atmosphère amical et service professionnel. Soupe tonkinoise traditionnelle vietnamienne tres tres bon goût! On a prit soupe au boeuf bien cuit et soupe au poulet grillé avec légumes. Aussi les rouleaux printanières avec sauce-arachide et rouleaux impérial sont vraiment délicieux ! On revient avec plaisir et recommend pour les autres !
