I’ve lived in Montreal for over a year, and this was by far the most unpleasant restaurant experience I’ve had.
To start, my order was incorrect. I clearly asked for a large size, but I was served a small. After it was replaced, I confirmed with the server that it was the special beef pho I ordered, and she responded in an impatient and dismissive tone, which was uncomfortable.
The most unacceptable part happened at checkout. The server did not ask whether we wanted separate bills and automatically combined them. When my friend politely asked to split the bill, the server rolled her eyes at her. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
We did nothing wrong — we were paying customers and deserved basic courtesy. This was my first and last visit. Definitely never coming back.

Some customers can't figure out the sliding door at the entrance. Have the human decency to close it when you leave to not freeze the rest of the patrons.

Pleasantly surprised. As mentioned in other reviews prices are extremely hard to beat. For those with electric vehicles down the street below St Catherine's there are 4 level 2 chargers so you can charge your car while enjoying this restaurant for 1 dollar an hour charge rate. Hostess and staff are friendly. Lots of students here but I cannot blame them because the price is the best bang for the buck. I took an extra large number 5 with one imperial roll. Next time I will take 2 rolls as they were very good. All prices on the menu are tax in. So basically cheaper than the other Vietnamese restaurants I've reviewed. Now that I've read other reviews of this restaurant and have been I'd tm rather come here than the other locations I've reviewed in Brossard.

Their food is unsanitary; they use beef that's been sitting for many days. The raw beef is very dark in color and has a foul odor. I don't recommend eating there.

I really wanted to like this Vietnamese restaurant because the pho is actually quite good — flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and good portions. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins the experience.
Every time I’ve been here, the service has been terrible. The lady who runs the service always seems to prioritize Asian customers, seating and serving them first, while foreigners are left waiting much longer. She never brings water unless we specifically ask, and often walks away before we even finish giving my order. It feels rushed and dismissive.
It’s a shame because the food deserves much better service. Until they treat all customers equally and professionally, I won’t be coming back!
