At some point while eating the vegan pho I looked up and realized that for the last 10 minutes I haven't thought about anything at other than eating. A very captivating broth. The tofu summer roll was tasty also, and chunky!

I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years now and they never stopped surprising me with their pho soups. In my humble opinion I can say that it is the best pho soup in Montreal hands down. The service is very good and the music is always there to accompany this unique experience.

The broth of their pho is decent, but the quality and options of ingredients are lacking. No tripe, or tendon, or even meat ball here. The rare beef is cut thick, and since it's low quality, it's relatively chewy. The service was good, but food came slower than expected. The restaurant is small and cramped. It's a good spot if you need to get that pho hit and you're in the area, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this one.
