The peach doesn’t really stand out with the sticky rice. Mango is still the best. Please don’t do this again ☹️ as it ruins the moment of the mango sticky rice. The pad thai with shrimp is good but not that great. One order is good for 2 people. Overall, 3 out of 5. Food is nice but I don’t think I should go back again.

The service was outstanding! The staff were kind and attentive, thoughtfully guiding me based on my spice tolerance and making great recommendations. The food was absolutely perfect, bursting with flavor and just what I hoped for. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Pumpui is a gem! The chicken wings were unreal, the shrimp pad thai was easily one of the best I’ve ever had, and the pork belly on rice (Pad Pak Boong) was just out of this world. We grabbed takeout but ended up eating right in front and honestly, the little mom-and-pop shop atmosphere made it even better. You can really feel the energy of the place. Even their rosé wine was spot on. 100% a 5-star spot in Montreal!

I’m from Thailand and I can say the taste is not quite authentic. However, the taste is okay.
The pad tastes good but it is not what the pad thai should taste like. Pad krapao is very salty and if you know thai people, we make fun of any restaurant who do pad kra pow with the long bean because it make the volume of the food to be bigger (less meat)
Anyway, it is an okay place to have Thai food but for anyone who is looking for authentic Thai food. Just saying, this is not it.

Had the fish curry and it was delicious! Some spice but not overwhelming. My family had the ribs marinated in coconut milk and sticky rice and they were very tasty. Super recommended.
Simply a must visit restaurant in Montreal.
I’ve never been to Thailand but Pumpui prides itself on serving authentic Thai dishes. I’ll take their word for it because the flavours in their offerings are god damn sensational 👏👏
The fish ball curry is in my top 5 dishes in all of Montreal. Straight up.
Solid value for the price, service is great, and this summer they have a lil terrace in the back!

Food was very good! I got the pork krapao and it was super flavourful! 🌶️ and spicyy! The portion is generous. I went with my friend to catch up after work but i felt we were being rushed to finish faster. And its a bit hot in there.

Delicious! Staff were super accommodating with a last minute change to my takeout order. Mango sticky rice was DIVINE.

The place fills up really quickly after they open. There is a small terrace outside which helps as there are only 6 tables inside.
Not a huge selection of dishes but a few very good ones. The pad Thai and pad kaprao were very good as well as the mango sticky rice dessert.
Highly recommended.

We came all the way from Jean Drapeau to Little Italy for this amazing Thai restaurant and it didn't disappoint us. One of our friends recommended this place and said this is their go-to restaurant every week (they come at least once a week). After trying it out, I totally understood why they were doing that. Amazing place worth going to this regular!
We ordered all three entrées to share. The chicken wings are definitely the best. The tofu pad thai was really tasty as well. Loved the fish balls in the yellow curry - very tender. The mango sticky rice was very fresh. The price was decently cheap, compared to the other famous Thai restaurant in town, Pichai.
We had a great time dining at this little cute Thai restaurant! It's definitely worth coming back again!!
