Latin brunch in the heart of the Plateau, grapefruit mimosa, garnachas filled with chicharrón prensado and requesón, cactus salad, and chilaquiles bathed in morita sauce with perfect eggs, beans, queso fresco, and red onion.
Finished with a tropical French toast layered with maracuya cream, pineapple compote, coconut crunch, and a splash of rum.

I had an amazing brunch experience at Piel Canela on Saint-Denis in Montreal! From the moment I walked in, I loved the interior, the decoration, the way the tables are set, the cozy bar, every small detail is so well thought out. The restaurant is spotless, and the atmosphere is super warm and welcoming.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
I ordered the Bagel San Pastor and honestly, it was perfect! The combination of feta cheese, grilled pineapple, crispy garlic, and smoked salmon was absolutely 100/100! I had the latté Satinado, it was good, though I wish the white chocolate flavor was a bit stronger.
And you can’t miss Pan De Muerto their famous homemade brioche, available only on weekends. So soft, flavourful and rich in orange blossom.
Overall, I highly recommend this resto if you’re looking for a cozy spot for brunch with great food, friendly service, and reasonable prices.

This has become my new favorite brunch place. The food here is mind blowing, the flavors and presentation are impeccable! I had the shakshuka and mini granola bowl and couldn't get enough of either, despite being stuffed.
I'll be back to eat my way through the menu 😋

Amazing food! Not too crowded, very kind service. My only comment is that the pistachio latte tasted like liquorice so I was disappointed about that.
