Went for the first time last Friday and ordered an Affogato. I was asked by the server with short reddish hair if i wanted one or two shots of espresso which I'm normally not asked in other cafes. She then got a tub of ice cream from the freezer and added 2 shots of warm espresso and the ice cream just floated in it! When i asked them to add hot espresso, she tried to argue that it's meant to be that way! Thankfully the guy who was there was helpful and tried to rectify it but again added one shot of warm espresso and i asked him to add another hot shot. Staff need to be trained on how to make a proper Affogato as it was really not worth all this trouble. He was, however, nice enough to offer me a cookie as well. The cafe itself was nice with nice outdoor space.

Every time I walk into Pinocchio I feel so nostalgic and right at home. A great place to enjoy a coffee, sandwich & desert of course😋 best part… it’s pet friendly for our furry friends!!!

Food is mediocre at best, coffee is ok. Service is just terrible, the person at the till and the 'barista' don't communicate properly. Because of this, the barista (who has a terrible attitude) messes up orders CONSTANTLY and fails to admit it's their fault. Not even an apology. Tipping is off the table, obviously.
UPDATE: An ex employee of the café contacted me via another network to let me know they were fired because of my review (I highly doubt it was my fault at all). I didn't answer their messages. This is very unprofessional of them (no wonder they got fired) and I'd like to ask the establishment to contact them and demand to never contact me again.

They have delicious vegan options!! AND the place is so much bigger now!! AND they sometimes give out free bread!!
Food is ok, coffee is not great but service is horrible. I have rarely seen service this bad, the barista with colored hair messed up the order and refusing to fix it as if it's the customer's fault, she had a really bad attitude and we had to argue to have her passive aggressively remade the order. There are better places around the area - overpriced coffee with bad service, i do not recommend it.

What an amazing experience at Pinocchio cafe! The food was incredible from the arrancini to the empenadas! The chicken salad sandwich was delicious! Our puppy enjoyed some bacon given to her by the lovely Susan! If you don’t know what to have please ask Gaelle, she’s amazing!!
