A surprising tapas bar in Le Central offered an exceptional degustation menu, paired with excellent wine. The service was remarkable, similar to an upscale restaurant. However, the portions were disappointingly small, leaving us to order additional food elsewhere to satisfy our hunger.

The three very small croquettes of the moment: overcooked and too salty, therefore: so, so.
Patatas bravas (roasted potatoes with a kind of tomato coulis on top): seriously, are these patatas bravas?

I ordered the octopus as a recommendation. My friend's was lamp. But the lamp came too late. I ate the one octopus and had to wait for my friend. Ha ha ha

The dishes are very good, without being extraordinary but it is in line with the prices. We were served very well, the staff being very friendly. The surprise is not a closed restaurant. The restaurant is incorporated into a very large food fair called Le Central. Fortunately, the restaurant is in a corner, so it's a little more intimate despite everything. Overall, a very nice experience!

Unfortunately, the tapas offered are not up to par (overcooked, not seasoned enough, lack of flavor) and in too small a quantity per plate.
White sangria is not tasty.
