Pizza Momo (100% halal’)

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was far from what the reviews suggested. The pizza lacked flavor, and to make matters worse, the guy preparing it had long dirty nails and wasn't wearing gloves raising serious hygiene concerns.

The kitchen and overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, yet we still gave it a chance, hoping for a good halal pizza. Sadly, it didn’t meet even basic expectations.

If you're looking for a halal pizza option in Montreal, I’d recommend trying Domino’s veggie pizza or exploring other local spots there are definitely better and cleaner options out there.

Besides the fact that this is open late and it is an option if you are looking for halal food... no other positives. Pizza is frozen, store bought re-heated pizza and they will just pile your selected options onto it. The panini is tiny, not like advertised. Also just bunch of premade ingredients piled together. Macroni bites are not freshly made, just frozen, store bought refried. Possibly due to close proximity to the Univ, this is a popular student food ordering eatablishment. Decent customer service.

My sister comes there abt once every two weeks, and I just tried it for the first time.
Momo was really nice, this guy’s chill and always got the smile 😃🔥
Took two pizzas, with fries and it was worth it, the food’s really good🍕👍
Plus, the meat is 100% halal ❤️
The place is pretty clean and there’s an outdoor space for those who want. 🪑
The ambiance is great, even tho it’s not a five star restaurant, it’s not meant to be, and is perfect as is✨
And again, thanks to Momo for making the food, if you’re reading this, keep it up man, you’re doing great and deserve more visibility than what you’re currently getting ✨❤️

Wonderful guy! Very true to his beliefs. The place is 100% halal - no cross contamination. Yummiest chilli fries. Gave me free fries while he was cooking!
