Breaks my heart to write this review, but Pizza Charlevoix is not the same as it used to be.
I've ordered from Pizza Charlevoix many times for the past 5 years. The pizza, and especially the fried chicken were so good. I wouldn't have even hesitated to say that they were a top 5 fried chicken spot in Montreal.
But the last 2 times I ordered, it has been bad. I don't know what happened, maybe they changed suppliers, recipes, cooks. I don't know.
I got the Mega combo today and -the breading was rock hard and tasted burnt -the seasoning was off -the chicken was dry -the gravy sauce was flavorless, just salty
If it weren't for the packaging, I would have assumed that I ordered from another restaurant. It was basically inedible and I ended up tossing most of the order. I'm writing this hoping you can revert back to the old ways because you were one of my favorite delivery places. But until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know when will be the next time I try Pizza Charlevoix, but probably not for a long time :(

Pizza is decent, ordered from here because is Halal. Service was subpar - delivery at the wrong place at the wrong time, a large number of pizzas were ordered yet no napkins or plates were sent, requested Diet Coke for drinks and regular coke was sent.

I am a loyal customer of the restaurant since they are in Uber eats. Today Dec 14 , I ordered Repas pour 2, which is 6 chicken pieces but I only received 4 when I opened the box at home. Too disappointed.

What happened to their Pizza 🥲 This used to be one of my absolute favorite spots, and I always raved about their pizza. But something has definitely changed. The sauce tastes different and the cheese now looks very white and barely melted, nothing like how it used to be in previous years. It makes me wonder if they’ve changed ownership or switched ingredients. I genuinely miss the quality they once had🥹Please bring back the original recipe !

Great Food. No matter how many times you go here, they do not disappoint, I have been coming to this place since 2014. They owners changed or not I am unsure but the staff is friendly, respectful and honest. Amazing Prices. They aren't here to steal your money. You get more than what you pay for. And everything is Halal ♥️
