The pizza is really good, next time I'm going to try one of their cheese burgers because they look delicious. It's still quite affordable. It's lucky there's this pizzeria, because there aren't any big restaurants in this area.

Their chicken tikka pizza is just delicious with all the smokiness of the chicken. It is definitely must try here. Also, I tried their cheese and grilled vegetables pizza(vegetarian) and it is very different and amazing.

no good I really don't know if this an isolated issue but ordered for the first-time last night, 2 for 1 small pizza were cold, cheese wasn't melted and looked like some of the crust wasn't cooked all the way through. Really tasted like a frozen
I stopped ordering from this restaurant PCQ: (see the saga, start at the bottom) Latest news: I received the replacement trio and the meat patty, on which they kindly included the manufacturer's label with Ingredients. They are right: there is beef; and I'm right: it tastes like a veggie burger. First ingredient: beef. Then, water, toasted wheat crumbs, SOY PROTEIN, salt and spice extract, onions, garlic. We agree, it's not just a beef pattyFurthermore, I notice that neither on the site nor on the advertising leaflet do they indicate that it is 100% beef. So yes, the texture is a little different from that of a 100% beef patty, but it's like a meatball in an Italian dish: there's always something other than just meat to make it more tender. In short, as my argument was not at all the taste but rather the texture, and the quantity of sodium which inevitably accompanies fake meats, I decided to no longer order from this restaurant. But it's a question of health, not taste. And since the customer service was GREAT by Mr Hussain, I'm giving them one more star. PS: I still hate fries, but that’s a matter of personal taste ??Update: I finally spoke to the manager who told me it was the Cardinal beef patty, and that he would send me a trio as a replacement with a smaller meat patty but definitely made from beef. He also sent me a frozen Cardinal patty so I could compare. So, following this conversation, I'm waiting to give them more stars. One thing is certain: the manager is good at customer service.I have ordered at least 8 times. It was great. The two times I ordered the Charlevoix Burger, the patty was made with either the Impossible or the Beyond burger. The first time, it works: I call, apologies and credit on the next order. Not great, but definitely better than being called crazy and hallucinating. But now after 2 times, and after the arrogance in the tone and the refusal to even acknowledge that they have a veggie burger on the menu, I'm fed up. I am resigning from Charlevoix. Sorry boys, one of you dropped the ball on Oct 5 2021.

One of the pizzas I eat the most in Montreal, I usually order wings and fries too. I've never eaten there, but seems to be clean. The service and the prices are good.

After waiting an hour after my order, they told me they called and I didn't answer. No longer wanting to come and give in, I told him my way of thinking and hung up. BIZZARLY THE SAME mrs calls me back 2 minutes later, then as by chance my phone rings and I answer, then to tell me in a superior and arrogant air, mrs we will deliver it to you again... and spit in it I imagine... anyway no class and take the world for idiots.
