I'm 75 yrs old. Frank served me May 31. I got 2 pizzas and a frozen lasagna. I am on old age pension. My food budget is 200 a month. I asked and we discussed getting a small frozen lasagna. While waiting for the pizzas, I saw Frank put the small lasagna in a bag. After a few minutes, I saw him swap out the small lasagna for the large one, giving me the side eye to see if I noticed. The bill was $104. I paid it. I knew it was wrong but didn't argue because im an elderly 5 foot tall woman alone and I didn't want to get into a argument. The store was empty. So with that one visit, my food budget for June was cut in half. Please don't rip off the elderly. We have few resources and less options. The consolation is I won't be back and Frank is stuck with his nasty self.

We’ve been ordering from this place for quite some time now. As a local, family-run Italian pizzeria, it’s always been important to us to support them — especially because the pizza really is very good. The quality of the food has consistently met our expectations, and it’s always nice to enjoy something that tastes authentic and homemade.
That said, it’s extremely disappointing to see how poor the customer service has been — not just once, but multiple times. On several occasions, our order has arrived incorrect, and rather than owning the mistake or offering a sincere apology, the attitude has been dismissive. We’ve even been asked to pay for items we didn’t receive correctly, with no offer to make it right — not even something small like an extra order of fries or a discount on the next meal.
It’s unfortunate because we really wanted to continue supporting this business, but it’s hard to feel valued as a customer when the service lacks basic accountability and courtesy. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the food deserves better representation than the service provided.

We've been getting pizza from Dagostino’s for years and always wanted to support this local family spot in RDP. The pizza is great, however, the service has been consistently rude and it’s gotten really hard to keep coming back. Its clear that customers just aren’t valued. So, after a lot of negative experiences, my family and I have decided to switch spots.

I've been a regular customer for a while but the new menu prices will unfortunately change that. Most of the pizza prices have increased 3-5 bucks and the family fry is an additional $3 and no longer included. This results in my usual order being almost $10 more for a large 14 inch and fries.....Its a bit much. The pizza is good, but it's starting to get very pricey!.... I'll just start making my own pizza at home!

took a large meat lover and projected to share it, but i decide to keep it for myself, IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD!
a good pizza starts with a great dough and sauce, which felt very traditional and authentic to me. The toppings? you want em, you get em. this pie was stacked with layers of meat on top of a perfectly melted mozzarella.
this is the traditional italian based pizza, finished the way we love here in montreal :D
