Been my go-to pizza place. It’s 3 times now that I order from them. Not only are the people that answer the phone extremely rude but also the delivery takes way too long. Up to 2 hours sometimes when it should be a 10 minute drive. I’m not happy with the service lately and wish I could give them another chance but I’m very disappointed.

It just a beautiful time to have a meal there,you are welcome like you are part of the family, the food is just a beautiful experience. From the manager to the kitchen staff, they make you feel welcome, each meal you look forward to try the next to try something else that will be wonderful 😀.

It was quite a while that we had not ordered pizza. It was not the same quality/quantity, something has changed!!! Order large pizza with bacon. We did not find that they had put enough cheese the bacon was not distributed evenly. It was like eating focaccia type of pizza. Definitely will not order again.

I had out of town guests and told them I was ordering the best pizza in RDP. I was shocked when my pizza came with half cooked dough, unmelted cheese and pra tically raw fries. It was the worse pizza I have ever had. I'm really disappointed..what happened? Really wasted $50..won't be ordering from you again
One of the best pizzas in Montreal. The crust is crispy, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful and the taste is amazing. The place is fairly small so take-out is recommended.

Got food delivered st work, have to say i really enjoyed it ! That new pizza sub marine is amazing !!! Sooo good !! Really good junk food , so tasty and poutine surprisingly was amazing, never ordered a poutine from them, was really really good amZing gravy sauce . Rapini pizza was also really good, only little thing was , there was sausage lacking on the topping, im used too chunks of their sausage on top yesterday was barely. But was still really good.

I'm 75 yrs old. Frank served me May 31. I got 2 pizzas and a frozen lasagna. I am on old age pension. My food budget is 200 a month. I asked and we discussed getting a small frozen lasagna. While waiting for the pizzas, I saw Frank put the small lasagna in a bag. After a few minutes, I saw him swap out the small lasagna for the large one, giving me the side eye to see if I noticed. The bill was $104. I paid it. I knew it was wrong but didn't argue because im an elderly 5 foot tall woman alone and I didn't want to get into a argument. The store was empty. So with that one visit, my food budget for June was cut in half. Please don't rip off the elderly. We have few resources and less options. The consolation is I won't be back and Frank is stuck with his nasty self.

As a local, family-run Italian pizzeria, it’s always been important to us to support them — especially because the pizza really is very good. The quality of the food has consistently met our expectations, and it’s always nice to enjoy something that tastes authentic and homemade.
That said, it’s extremely disappointing to see how poor the customer service has been — not just once, but multiple times. On several occasions, our order has arrived incorrect, and rather than owning the mistake or offering a sincere apology, the attitude has been dismissive. We’ve even been asked to pay for items we didn’t receive correctly, with no offer to make it right — not even something small like an extra order of fries or a discount on the next meal.
It’s unfortunate because we really wanted to continue supporting this business, but it’s hard to feel valued as a customer when the service lacks basic accountability and courtesy. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the food deserves better representation than the service provided.

The pizza is great, however, the service has been consistently rude and it’s gotten really hard to keep coming back. Its clear that customers just aren’t valued. So, after a lot of negative experiences, my family and I have decided to switch spots.
