*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“J'espère tellement que vous n'avez pas changer votre peperoni et que c'est un erreur. Je commande au moins 3 ou 4 fois par mois . Vous êtes ma pizza préférée. “They screwed up my order, I really insisted when placing the order because I get to eat pizza like twice a year and I really like the stuffed crust.
Had a feeling they messed it up because the person who was taking the order was new it seems, so I double checked the order in the car.
Went back to inform them, the manager offered to make an other pizza and the staff were so nice and cool about it. Was not expecting such a good customer service! Thanks again for the good service, I definitely recommend this place and will comeback on my next cheat day“

“I remember going to Pizza Hut many times back in my childhood days, however this is my first time going to the one in this location. I must say wow! A lot has changed over the years. I was expecting it to be more of a Buffet style based on my past experience, but instead it was a fast food style. Super kind and helpful staff! Not only they were giving me good food deals, but my can of Pepsi was free! It was the best Valentines meal, ever! Had all dressed pizza, chicken wings with honey barbeque sauce, bread sticks and onion rings.“

“Best pizza is the pan fried version of Pizza Hut. The crust is perfect. Service is fast and impeccable.

On the app, the pizzas were half priced and we were offered free bread sticks. Large pizza 14 in for 15$. Good promotion.“

“I feel terrible for the worker, who did an excellent job correcting a small mistake with no issues whatsoever, but has to work in Hell's Inferno as there is no AC ,not even for the customers. “I love Pizza Hut! As far as I’m concerned, this is the best pizza place near me. The pizza is delicious top to bottom, delivery is fast and the pizza is always hot at hand off time. The delivery men are always friendly. The menu is pretty good. Love this place.“

“They have seats and tabpebes to eat inside, but there are no washrooms available to clients. If you want to wash your hands before you eat a pizza, like any normal person, they tell you to walk a block away to go use Starbucks washrooms. (BTW Starbucks put codes on their washrooms because of this, and those codes change daily)“
