I was really disappointed with my order. When I opened the pizza, I found a hair baked right into it. This is completely unacceptable and ruined the entire meal. Food safety and hygiene should be the top priority, but this experience made me lose trust in the restaurant. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better quality control in the future.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pizza Hut on Queen Mary! The pizzas were fresh, cheesy, and loaded with toppings — just look at that golden crust and perfectly melted cheese! Every bite was full of flavor, and the quality was top-notch.
A special shoutout to Jamal, who went above and beyond with his friendly service and great attitude. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality these days, and it really made the visit memorable.

Order date: 2025-02-09 Long story short, ordered some of their melts deals that had a drink come with it and delivery guy forgot it. Talked to the delivery guy about a refund for forgetting it, he said he will talk to his manager in his car. After I waited for 10 mins behind the front door, he left. Called the store to explain what happened and they were apologetic which was ok, however, I agreed to receive credits on my account (since apparently they were very busy and it would have necessitated a manager to come by again at a later time, not worth the hassle), no credits appear on my account. I understand there can be honest mistakes of forgetting an item but the refund process should be easier regardless on the cost of the item that was forgotten.
