Ordered from the main website. Turns out the delivery guy stole my pizza. When I asked for a refund, the franchise said I’d need to wait until à manager was available, could be a few days. Called head office only to be told they cannot refund but only offer à store credit. I’ll never be ordering from here again!

It has happened to me before at this same Pizza Hut where the staff keeps rushing you and giving you attitude one was from a male and this time a female. Im giving you my money so dont give me attitude and rush me!! Both the box and container is damaged absolutely horrible all of you should be fired!

i odered a pizza for my lunch break an hour before the lunch break he arrived 30 minutes late so went bck to work without the pizza had to cancel my order.. very disappointed with them takes forever !!! i dont recommend this at all.

I tried their 8.99$ pasta with an 8.99$ melt or whatever it's called.
The tracking said you delivered my food after like 30 or 35 minutes of ordering, I think.
It arrived after a little over 50 minutes, not hot, like I'm in titled for, I think?
The driver starts telling me he's the only driver tonight and he has to cover everything.
So, my food is cold because the restaurant is badly managed?
I told him, no tip. He responded, it's not my fault, it's the restaurant. I didn't respond and he left.
Oh, sorry, you don't work for the restaurant? Yes, you do, I paid for a delivery fee which pays to get hot food delivered to my house.
Why would you get the same about of money if it's not what I ordered?
Someone has to take accountability and it's not going to be me anymore.
Not tipping, assures me that I compensated right away and that it might actually have an impact at changing "things", probably more than if I call to complain.
The pasta portion is smaller but no mention of that anywhere, the tray seems the same size but it's not as deep. I took the mac and cheese this time and there was way too much sauce, or and the pasta were overcooked. The cheese on top was obviously burnt, it's pizzahut after all. Last time I took the regular one it was the meat marinara or something and there was sauce only on top of the pasta, so grabbing pasta from the bottom at no sauce.
The chicken melt was terrible also, it was super hard, not hot and I think there was 2 or 3 pieces of chicken.
I must be out of my mind to order from this place again.

I go to this Pizza Hut regularly since it’s opening. It was really great; hot pizza, a lot of toppings and cheese and good service. I went tonight. I think that it was sold since it is not the same family. The lady at the cash was slow, cold and lost, not welcoming at all. The pizza was horrible. The crust was not like a pan pizza, there was almost no toppings, it was ridiculous, and the taste was not like before. The chicken wings were half the size of before and with almost no sauce. I will never go back. Save your money and your evening, go to another pizza place around.
