Got the wrong order and he forgot the salad. The driver came back 20min later empty-handed to pick up the pizzas at my house. Came back another 20min later with cold, un-sealed pizzas (and the salad) that were sitting at the other people's house! I asked for new pizzas, he said sure, came back 30min later with the pizzas that clearly weren't fresh, that were obviously just warmed up. I don't like getting pizzas that were at someone else's house for an hour. Yuck. Usually the pizzas arrive really quickly and really fresh. I can tell that the cheese isn't melting and the toppings are just a bit warm.
