I sent two emails, Facebook PM and completed your customer survey through the link you've sent, hoping for a response — but received none. I expected better from a business that claims to care about its customers. Ignoring feedbacks, especially after a negative experience, sends a clear message: customer service is not your priority. I am very disappointed with your company and will not order from you again.

This is what you get when you order from Pocatello, Idaho. I absorbed 75% of the whatever the this green puke is with paper towels before throwing it out. At least my donut bites were actually donut bites instead of improvised breadsticks crudely disguised as your three other dessert options. This pizza was free because of the meat lovers pan pizza with no meat I ordered last week and the 3 failures before that. Ya know what, you can keep my money, your “free pizza” coupons, your $5 delivery charge, and your pathetic soon to be 31% global approval rating because I’d rather live than get botulism, burst into convulsions, and die from the snapping of my bones!

I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.

👎 $7.95 delivery fee on a $14.99 pizza , pizza ends up still being $25 so it’s no cheaper than ordering elsewhere except they charge $23.99 for the actual pizza and $1.99 delivery fee which looks a hell of a lot better than $8 for delivery.

The Volcano sauce bites were very lightly covered in sauce compared to the spicy and sweet sauce bites which, for their part, were dipped in their sauce. I had to add buffalo sauce to coat my chicken bites well.
I didn't like the dips at all. They don't stick, since the chicken already has sauce. I had a cheddar and jalapeño sauce and honestly, it didn't taste sharp, nor did the cheese. The creamy garlic sauce had no taste either. They are too liquid, they should be much thicker.
Personally, I preferred to eat my chicken bites without the dips. Even better, let the sauce coat and set them aside. The chicken would have been much crispier.
At least the delivery was fast with Uber Eats.

I hate when the site automatically chooses this pizza hut, even giving tips they complain, if I need to call them to confirm something, I start to hate myself because I didn't check from which pizza hut I am ordering. They for sure are the worst, got under cooked food every single time I, by mistake, order from this one. Better to close doors dude, you don't know how to serve
