I ordered two pizzas from the St. Catherine branch, but only received one. The receipt clearly states two pizzas, but only one was delivered. I immediately contacted Pizza Pizza, and they told me they couldn’t help and that I had to deal with Uber Eats.
Uber said it's not their issue since the restaurant is the one that packed the wrong order. I called the number provided on the receipt several times — no one answered.
This is unacceptable. I paid for two pizzas and got one, and no one is taking responsibility. Never ordering again from this location.

.Although the food is excellent, the service could use some improvement. I was quite hungry after a lengthy 72-hour flight, and the male staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, the female staff that took over later left me with a very negative impression. I decided to leave my part of the experience here, but after reading the reviews, I think I must because most of the older ones were always criticizing the staff service. The female staff was very arrogant and denial, and even the drinks she served weren't cold—come on, it's summer, not winter. My appetite was literally ruined by the female staff's lack of education.

The main problem I have with this establishment is that drinks are warm and they don't take out the trash fast enough, so the bins are always full, but everytime I get a drink here doesn't matter the day and the time, it's always warm, why have a fridge if you're going to serve warm soda? Something is going on with that fridge.

We ate a vegetarian pizza of large size. It would be for 3 person. We waited for 20minutes to get the pizza after ordering. It was good.

It’s was an alright experience being here at this location. The store itself was lovely, beautiful exposed bricks, nice tables (at least one is wobbly) I loved this store’s atmosphere.
The employees are just trying to get by day by day like all of us, nothing remarkable. They were polite and respectful.
The food was just a pizza, I got a pepperoni pizza and it was just what you’d expect. the pizza was on the fluffier side as well. And that’s what a pizza should be like. Slightly burnt pepperonis and crust however it was still very edible and tasty overall.

It has happened multiple times that we have ordered butter chicken pizza and they are out of order and even after calling they are not giving any discounts. Such a horrible service. They have already prepared pizza but now they will waste it.
