I have never eaten such a bad pizza, I ordered a vegetable pizza, which had onion skins, tomatoes, capsicum, nothing was edible, it was disgusting to eat, in a word it was not edible.

I ordered for online pickup and they called me back saying they don’t have the base sauce which I asked for so I asked for the alternative sauce and they said they were out of that too. So I canceled that order but I felt very sus so I ordered from my friend’s phone under different name and guess what they made the exact pizza and she just picked it up. I was so shocked. Ps: I order every week from this location but this was very rude experience and I won’t be coming back again nor will be my friends.

This place is an absolute scam! My friend and I ordered here and it was a complete rip-off. I ordered large fries and my friend ordered a large poutine. BOTH were supposed to be large, but the girl who packed our order just threw the food in a big box with the quantity of a small. Do they think customers are stupid? Charging full price for “large” and then serving a small portion is straight up dishonest. She was working the night shift – hire someone better, because this was pathetic service. Never coming back here again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know not to waste their money here.

Terrible experience. No matter what you write in the notes, they completely ignore it and just do whatever they want. Food is often raw or undercooked, and quality control is clearly not a priority. Absolutely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I visited the Pizza Pizza on St. Catherine Street downtown and left disappointed. The food had a very basic taste, nothing special or memorable. The customer service was poor no real effort to welcome or approach customers properly. It almost felt like people are there for free food, when in fact they are paying. This location really needs to improve both the quality of the food and the way they treat customers.

I bought a pizza from here today, and seems like they did not cut my pizza at all. I did the Large pizza and 3 drinks combo and I even tipped them. Like you guys had one job to do is it that hard?? Food was good but like come on the service was unacceptable I had to cut the pizza by my own hands. It's not that hard to cut the pizza with the pizza cutter. Like I said friendly staff good food but don't know how to finish the pizza off

Received raw chicken tenders with delivery order. They would not provide refund. Only partial credit. Not even full credit for the chicken tenders. Even though chicken is clearly uncooked, not to mention a health risk. 😕 Food is cheap and arrives quickly, but recommend sticking to pizza or making sure chicken is cooked before letting anyone take a bite.

I ordered two pizzas from the St. Catherine branch, but only received one. The receipt clearly states two pizzas, but only one was delivered. I immediately contacted Pizza Pizza, and they told me they couldn’t help and that I had to deal with Uber Eats.
Uber said it's not their issue since the restaurant is the one that packed the wrong order. I called the number provided on the receipt several times — no one answered.
This is unacceptable. I paid for two pizzas and got one, and no one is taking responsibility. Never ordering again from this location.

.Although the food is excellent, the service could use some improvement. I was quite hungry after a lengthy 72-hour flight, and the male staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, the female staff that took over later left me with a very negative impression. I decided to leave my part of the experience here, but after reading the reviews, I think I must because most of the older ones were always criticizing the staff service. The female staff was very arrogant and denial, and even the drinks she served weren't cold—come on, it's summer, not winter. My appetite was literally ruined by the female staff's lack of education.
