Do not visit in person. The store is inundated with online orders. The staff are doing the best they can, but this does not account for the fact they are understaffed. Whoever is running this location needs to get more employees working at the same time or figure out what machine is the bottleneck in their operation. Again, the staff are not the problem, it’s the fact that they are constrained by not having enough workers. Food is fine.

The girl working at the front counter today January 3rd at 10:58pm was coughing and literally covering her mouth with her hand and then handling and touching everything, also, the fries are soggy and wet, also she refused to heat up a pizza from another customer who asked to have them heated for about a minute because the pizzas were cold

We ordered pizza with garlic sauce, olive, chicken and beef order total(24.13cad) it was a pick up order. When we took it home and tried to eat the beef was smelly as hell. My brother started showing symptoms of food poisoning. My other friend started getting allergy. We order pick up, dine in often there but this has never happened please take care of this next time. We won’t be going back to pizza pizza any more. Disgusting experience

I just picked up an order and the girl at the register tells me in a condescending tone that they don't have my order
She leaves the checkout immediately without trying to solve the problem and hides in the kitchen.
A few minutes later one of his colleagues comes to the cash register and he "finds" my order which was right on the counter behind the cash register
This is not the first time this cashier has acted like this.
It's unacceptable not to want to do your job and to waste customers' time
By the way, she gave me an already opened barbecue sauce
They’re burned the bottom of my pizza and boxed it anyways, got home with the pizza and just noticed. Thanks for the toppings…

I come here often to get an affordable snack since last year, and I always enjoyed its quick service and quality. Today was the first time I was extremely disappointed. I’m reusing a picture of another reviewer from one month ago. I was curious if anyone else had the same experience with this cashier, and, to no surprise, someone else did leave a review specifically about this person.
This girl had her airpods on and was sitting on a stool while I was waiting at the cash for 2-3 minutes. I then order 2 slices of pizza that are already premade, so all you have to do is put those slices in the heater and done but today, she left the slices in the heater, and didn’t even bother taking it out, putting it in a to-go box and telling me my order is ready. I had to walk back to the cash to ask her because, of course, she was back on the seat, sitting and scrolling on her phone. She then sighed and gave my order. In total, I had to wait 20 minutes, when usually, it’s a grab-and-go that takes 2 minutes.
I also worked in the service industry so I understand how tiring it can be, but this lack of professionalism is baffling, insulting to the brand, and disrespectful to her coworkers.
