PLEASE NOTE: they do not take ANY orders after 10:00 p.m. Although the restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m., their delivery service stops at 10:00 p.m. and this information is not indicated ANYWHERE on their site. It's very frustrating, especially since we came back from a trip, we were hungry and we spent 20+ minutes trying to place our order on their site, which was really complicated to use. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Through perseverance and patience, we finally managed to place our order and a few seconds later we receive a text that says this: “We are sorry, your order #1060521 has been cancelled. Very busy. If you have any questions, please call: (514) 933 7933”. So we called them to be told that the real reason was that they were no longer accepting any orders for delivery after 10:00 p.m. (and it was 10:15 p.m.). What a waste of time! 😓 And what a lack of respect for customers.
We finally ordered with Pizza Charlevoix and everything went very well. And their pizzas were really good.
So it’s over for us, Pizza Saint-Henri. No more confidence! 🤷🏻♀️

Nothing to say about the pizza, but the girl taking the orders....JESUS the worst ! She litteraly hangout in my face and was arrogant because I ask if I could change one pizza in my order. Last time ordering there just because of that....sadly.
