I called to tell them of my dissatisfaction, although the waitresses were nice, unfortunately, it is no less the boss who kindly told his waitress to tell me "I'll give up! Worst restaurant with total disrespect! Ordered at 6:00 p.m., order delivered cold at 7:40 p.m. Employee on the phone who says tabarnack when I ask to speak to the manager. No common sense, I called 3 times and in addition Ahmed Sylvania told me that there are demonstrations and police but never his employee or him validated this. Delivery guy confirmed to me that he came in and brought the order directly to my house... so these people don't deserve you to trust them. I repeat, worst customer service and worst quality… everything is cold and not good.

You call to get the rest of your order they will vs credited have no time in the evening of hockey game... turn around with in the background..never my remember the cetais not even good and at 60 dollars in addition to forgetting to go to the corner to pick it up because the delivery man didn't want to enter a construction zone at 8:00 p.m.. One of the worst pizzerias I've seen...

Amazing food but the amount of times its missing things(cola,brownies or fries.) And still everytime i call its missing items and at 60$ a bill its not cool.

Hands down best bang for buck in the sud-Ouest. This place at the very least deserves a 4.5. It’s an old family owned pizzeria that looks like it hasn’t changed since the 90s but who cares. All the low star reviews are BS. You got a mushy poutine? Well don’t Uber eats it. The lady seemed rude? Well don’t waste her time. That phone rings nonstop all day every day. Everything slaps, just do it.

The cashiers are arrogant, the owner hates his job and his customers and will never accommodate them despite the many mistakes. The chicken is dry and rarely fresh, the chicken stinks and the owner cooks it anyway so as not to lose money. The coffee is changed twice a day only. The bathrooms are never cleaned. Delivery people will ask you for bigger tips. Monia is the worst waitress in the lot.
