This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
We arrived and the restaurant and even though it was not busy at all, it still took a while for the waiter to come bring us to our table. We waited a while for him to come back and take our orders or bring water and he did not come until we flagged him down.
We asked for more water many times and never got it. They were out of an ingredient that a couple of people had ordered - it wasn’t even peak dinner time yet.
Then when the food finally arrived, one of the pizzas was extremely burnt and had to be sent back. Another pizza was lacking ingredients and was all crust. We asked for hot peppers… they brought them after we had finished eating. We again tried to flag the waiter down for water … he never came back. We asked another employee who then spilled water all over two of us.
The pizza that was sent back cause it was overcooked was never brought back to our table - when we went to the counter to ask about it they said “ya it’s ready”… it was sitting on the counter yet they never brought it to our table. We noticed other tables were not getting the same service as us, the waiter was checking on them regularly. By that point we had voiced that we were unhappy with the service and our waiter sent someone else to give us our bills. I’m not sure if there’s a reason why our table was treated this way but it was a very disappointing experience.

Tomato sauce was extremely salty. I generally eat very salty food but that was beyond comprehension. The flavors and textures were very good though. If it hadn't been for the over saltiness I'd give the food a 5, not 3. The dessert pizza is just bad.
No one else is complaining about salt levels in the reviews so this was probably a very unfortunate fluke. I might try it again some time and update the review accordingly.

It took an hour to get our pizza and it was cold when it came out. And they weren’t that busy at the time.

WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST GOING HERE IF YOU’RE A PERSON OF COLOR.
We had a really disappointing experience. After arriving and asking to be seated, our request was ignored and a group that arrived after us was seated before us. We ended up waiting over 15 minutes without any explanation.
To make things worse, one of the waiters rudely gestured at us to open the door for them without saying, “please” or “thank you,” just an entitled attitude from the start. It was unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful.
We expected basic respect and fair treatment, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking.

Crooked tables on a cramped hallway terrace and service slower than a dial-up connection — but the worst part? The appetizers.
The polpetta ($10) came with three tiny meatballs the size of cherry tomatoes, half of which were filler. The artichoke ricotta dip was a shallow smear of artichoke with barely a trace of ricotta — more like garnish than dish. Misleading and stingy.
Yes, Old Montreal is known for overpriced, undersized tourist plates — but this felt straight-up insulting. Everything but the pizza is a tablespoon of food surrounded by a pile of pizza bread.
The pizza? Fine. But not enough to carry a menu padded with carbs and serving sizes this laughable.
I shall not return — and I won’t be recommending this place to my foodie network — unless and until the restaurant alerts me they’ve seriously improved appetizer portions.
Until then? Hard pass.
This place is very understaffed. We had been here before (different location) and had an amazing experience. Tonight was a huge disappointment. Our pizza sat in the pickup area for at least 10 min. - we watched. When it finally made it to us it was cold. The server offered to put it back in the oven but still came back at room temperature. The wait staff were super friendly and took off the cost of our pizza as well as a beer to accommodate, and were very apologetic. But again- VERY UNDERSTAFFED for a Wednesday evening.
Great Pizza and a good wine selection. Very helpful and friendly waiter. Overall enjoyable evening, just a little let down by the noise level of some other diners which was not the fault of the restaurant. Would recommend

I went to use the washroom and had to walk past the counter and where they make the pizza. What caught my eye was there was not a sink in sight. The washroom is downstairs and all I can think about is where do the employees wash their hands upstairs? If there isn't a sink upstairs it makes me think employees are not washing them frequently. And they're handling my food. Not coming back. The other 900 locations I see sinks beside the food prep area.

The atmosphere is nice although the room is really small. It's difficult to get comfortable because we're so crowded. The wait was really long, more than 40 minutes for two pizzas. The starter was delicious, but the pizzas are well below other restaurants in the chain. Overall I won't come back. I asked the waiter if it was possible to substitute the cream of the pizza with tomato sauce. He told me yes and that it was free since it was a substitution, but I had to. pay on the bill, not very professional.

I arrived at the restaurant at 5:55 pm, asked for a table for 4, they replied “we don’t have it, only in an hour”. I asked for take-a-way, they said yes. I paid for the order at 6pm, they said 15m. After 45m, the order arrived, 2 pizzas.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely perfect evening at this pizzeria. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Our server was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of. She really added a personal touch to the evening.
The ambiance of the restaurant was spot on. The lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the music added to the overall vibe without being overwhelming. And let’s talk about the food—the pizzas were incredible, truly reminiscent of the flavors you’d find in Naples. Every bite was perfection.
What made the evening even more magical were the views. The restaurant overlooks a parking lot, but they’ve turned it into something special with a projection of stunning art that added to the uniqueness of the setting. It made the whole place feel like a hidden gem.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. It was an unforgettable night. Highly recommend!
