I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. I believe the owners treated me differently because of my race. I am of African heritage, and if you are too, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Throughout the night, both the owner and his wife spoke to me with noticeable anger and hostility when taking my order, serving my food, and even when I was paying. This treatment was very different from how they interacted with the rest of my group. I was polite and respectful the entire time, so their behavior left me confused.
Later, I realized I was the only Black person in our group, and it felt clear that I was being singled out and made to feel unwelcome. On top of that, the food was not good.
Overall, the experience was upsetting and not worth it. I would avoid this restaurant.

Fast service and nice staffs!
I found this place randomly with my family & I’m so glad we gave it a try. The food was great, the gentlemen working (might be owner) was doing everything from phones, serving and takeout. Exceptional service, a good Chinese food spot for sure.

We had our after wedding ceremony celebration here. A group of 8 people. The manager was so accommodating with our advance booking and ordering of the menu. All the ordered food is delicious. The eggplant was everyone’s favourite. Great service and affordable price. Thank you for accommodating us and being a part of this wonderful journey as we embark as a married life. Thank you and more blessings

Don't waste your money. We had a soup and spring rolls, but couldn't even finish that. The soup was a blob of cornstarch. It was is if they think we don't know any better to give us such terrible food, and I don't appreciate that.

This is a nice spot for some.good Chinese food. The general Tao chicken is pretty good here, and my favourite is the chicken fried rice.
The prices are very reasonable and the service was quick and efficient!

It’s a safe spot in the downtown area.
Don’t expect anything luxurious or fancy services, but it covers the basics for an affordable meal.

Hands down the best authentic southern Chinese restaurant in the province.
I have been eating there for over 15 years and they never let me down.
The portions are not as big as the well known Chinese restaurants in Chinatown; but this is because they favour quality over quantity.
Special mentions to their Beef Broccoli, the meat is incredibly tender and the sauce is light and tasty.
The sweet & sour pork chops are a MUST.
I always get the peanut butter dumplings.
And you cannot skip the sweet & sour soup, it is one of the best I’ve ever had.
Thank you Restaurant PM for always making the best Chinese food.

They think I am Asian and just come to Canada so it’s ridiculous that they said it’s mandatory to give 15% tips or more. I know the law but I don’t want to argue with them just because of a few amount of money. But hope they won’t lie to any clients in the future
