It was a special occasion. I spoke to Chef Paul and ordered lobster thermidor, seafood bouillabaisse and the seafood paella. Everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The lobster thermidor was to die for, what a treat. The seafood bouillabaisse had big chunks of salmon, several shrimp and scallops and a piece of lobster, it was wonderful. Chef Paul delivered the food himself and took the time to explain how to reheat the food. It was an excellent experience...
A beautiful fishmonger/delicatessen in Westmount where you can find everything, especially their fresh seafood and they are perfect for a seafood platter or for preparing sushi ??
