Poke Monster has easily become one of my favorite spots in Montreal for a fresh and satisfying meal! The bowls are packed with flavor, super customizable, and always made with really fresh ingredients. I tried The Monster bowl and it was incredible – a perfect mix of textures, flavors, and portion size. You definitely won’t leave hungry!

I built my own bowl with salmon and spicy tuna, and everything—from the rice to the toppings—was incredibly fresh. The fish was buttery and flavorful, the veggies were crisp, and the sauces added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. The portion was massive—great value for the price!

What really stood out was the staff. They were patient, helpful with recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything just right. The interior is clean and modern, with a chill vibe that makes it a great spot to grab lunch or dinner, either solo or with friends.

I recently visited Pokémon Monster, located just steps from Notre-Dame in the heart of Montreal, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is fun, modern, and full of Pokémon-themed vibes that make the whole place feel super unique and welcoming.

The menu is packed with flavorful and fresh options from poke bowls loaded with sushi rice, salmon, tuna, shrimp, crunchy veggies, tempura, and house-made sauces. I highly recommend The Monster Bowl it’s generous, well-balanced, and seriously delicious.

The service was friendly and fast, and the portions were great for the price. It’s clear they care about quality and presentation, and the staff made the experience even better.

I’m a mom of 2, and always hunt for a quick healthy meals that don’t feel like fast food. I tried Poké monster on Notre Dame recently and was really impressed. The place is clean bright and the staff were friendly and patient while I figured out my order. I got a salmon bowl with rice, cucumbers, and spicy mayo. Everything tasted super fresh especially the fish. The portion was generous too. The prices are fair for what you get it. It’s nice to have a healthy option. That doesn’t feel boring. We’ll definitely go back when we’re in the area. Even tasty way better than grabbing fast food food.
