The food is pretty good and fish fresh. The setup of the restaurant is in long bar tables and it is sort of tricky to chat with the party if you are sitting with more than 2 persons. I ordered one drink (cocktail) and took 1 hour and 20 min to be served (not exaggerating). I think that the kitchen and bar should get some training on how to improve the efficiency in serving :)
The ramen here is really good , rich broth, tender meat and the sides were tasty too. The staff were super nice and friendly. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely come back!
I had the Hakata ramen and it was wonderful. The broth was incredibly rich, each spoonful was a delight. The noodles had a springiness to them that made them really stand out from the other ramens I've had. I also took the 3 sides: the tempura shrimp was surprisingly done perfectly, instead of the overcooked rubbery stuff you get in cheaper places, the fried chicken was crispy yet juicy, but disappointingly small.
