I can see now why this place is so popular. On my first visit the staff was really nice, showing me the options and asking me if I wanted any of the add ons. You chose how much chicken you want, 3 or 4 slices, and which sauce to use. They have a nice selection, the spicy version which I took was not very spicy, which was what the server had told me. But then you also get two bases (rice, bulgur wheat, quinoa or lettuce) and also you get 6 very fresh topping and a sauce. The food...

This Poulet Rouge branch is one of the best. The service was amazing, and the employees were super sweet and generous, especially the ones who handled the toppings and the cashier. The chicken was cooked perfectly—I’m just obsessed with the grilled chicken here.
