Very bad and no fresh poutine. I won't recommend it.

Came here on a Sunday night and it was not busy.

We had the Philly Cheese Steak Poutine and the Hangover Poutine - regular size.

The beef on the philly cheese steak was really good and my girlfriend really enjoyed it.

For the Hangover Poutine, I chose regular poutine sauce and opted for bbq sauce instead of hot sauce and they were able to accommodate the scrambled eggs instead of fries eggs. If you love meat, I recommend trying this.

I tried the Farmers Delight which was part of their signature poutines and it was absolutely delicious.

Extraordinary service from the owner, he also just introduced a new menu, gave us a sample after our meal and it was delicious.

First time trying poutine, I dont think it was for me. However the restaurant was nice and service was great. Plenty of options on menu as well.

We are first-time visitors to Montreal, we loved Poutineville on Queen Mary! The poutine was delicious and customizable. A standout was Natalia, who went above and beyond with incredible local tips, making our trip even better. Tasty food and truly exceptional, welcoming service made this a highlight. Highly recommend!

Meat balls were hard and undercooked. Yuck.

Poutineville nails it with crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and rich, tasty gravy—definitely the spot for a next-level poutine.

Small place with a big appetite. Great food, good portion sizes.

I recently went to Poutineville on Queen Mary for a casual date, and it was the perfect spot for a laid-back evening. We weren’t super hungry, so we decided to share a poutine with crushed potatoes, braised beef, and red wine sauce—and it was amazing. The crushed potatoes were crispy and light, which was a nice change from regular fries, and the braised beef was so tender. The red wine sauce added such a rich, flavorful kick that brought everything together perfectly.

The portion was just right for us to share, and we left feeling totally satisfied without being overly stuffed. The vibe was cozy and relaxed, and the service was friendly, even though it was a bit busy. It was a great choice for a low-key date, and I’ll definitely be back for more when I’m craving poutine. If you’re in Montreal and looking for a great spot to share a comforting meal, Poutineville is definitely worth checking out!

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent value and excellent milkshake. What more can you ask for? By far the cleanest poutineville in Montreal hell one of the cleanest in the city, the decor is modern which makes this poutineville stand out from the others. Overall me and my wife highly recommend this establishment, let's you customize your poutine which assures that you get what you want and it's a clean and friendly environment. Truly a gem and once again would recommend, you'd be crazy to skip this place!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday evening. I ordered through Skip for a pickup, and when I arrived, no one was at the front. I went up to the bar to find the staff, and there was a man at the cash register. I smiled and explained I was there to pick up my order, showing my email confirmation. Instead of acknowledging me politely, he rudely gestured for me to hurry up, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and there were no other customers waiting. When I handed him the confirmation, he didn’t even glance at it and snapped that he didn’t know what it meant. I corrected him, clarifying that I wasn’t a Skip driver, but a customer picking up my order. His tone immediately changed, but he still didn’t apologize for his earlier rudeness. Instead, he handed me a coupon as if that would make up for his poor behavior.

I felt disrespected simply because he assumed I was a delivery person, and that gave him the right to treat me in such a manner. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a service role, and I won’t be returning to this restaurant. It’s disappointing to see staff members believe it’s okay to treat paying customers poorly. I’ll be sharing this experience with others as well.
