Solid poutine. I, admittedly, don't love poutine overall, but I felt like I *had* to at least give it a shot while I was in Canada. I came across Poutineville while I was on a Montreal food tour, and it was certainly tasty, but not quite my favorite. The fries were a little bit soggier than I was expecting, and it does feel a bit plain without the meat (for folks who are vegetarian). However, the cheese curds are a fun addition, and I appreciate the level of customization that Poutineville offers, since you can even build your own version of the classic Canadian dish. The staff was remarkably friendly; they had a bit of a hard time keeping track of all our dietary restrictions / modifications, but we also came in with a large group (~15 people), so I fully understand that that's a challenge. The store feels very sports / dive bar-esque, which is quite fun and seems like a great place to hang out into the wee hours of the morning.

Why would you put sauce on the top of a sandwich?

A regular poutine with tip cost $23. It was like a bunch of pizza toppings fell into a soggy poutine. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place with all the incredible options in Montreal.

Very delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were very kind to our daughter. Just be careful what size you order! Because The portions are really generous!

Love the fries and the large portions of poutine here. I especially love that you can even build your own poutine.

We tried the Pulled Pork and Philly Cheese Steak Poutines. Both were great.

I wish the sauce in the pulled pork poutine was a bit bolder and sweeter.
We got the regular size and barely managed to finish it in one sitting because there was a lot (in a good way).

Staff is very rudely.
I went there a boy is working in front instead of welcoming he say stay outside the counter until i come. And he just talking with a girl.
After having this experience I don’t want to come this restaurant again.
The boy is rude as much he didn’t reply to thank you.
Worst experience ever and never want to visit this restaurant again and the lost a loyal customer just for behaviour.

We visited Poutine Ville on a Sunday evening this March, hoping to enjoy the "build-your-own-poutine" options, but ended up ordering from the menu instead. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—the fries were likely frozen, as they were hot on the outside but cold on the inside. The dish was also quite dry and lacked flavor, so we couldn't even finish it. The service left much to be desired as well. Despite speaking both French and English, the server seemed confused and struggled to understand my simple modifications, which made the experience frustrating. Additionally, the restaurant's focus on Uber Eats orders created another issue—over the course of our visit, around 15 delivery drivers came in, letting in cold air every time the door opened, leaving us shivering. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I really wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Fries not super cooked.... sticky cheese. The person who provides the service is not able to say thank you after giving the tip and a big lack of taste for the first and last poutine here. It's better to come to a restaurant in the street 😅 and at the end the liqueurs in the fountain.... 80% of the green of the ice.... put the liqueurs in and finish quickly. But the service is fast, that's good

Vegetarian options: Yes veg option but the fries weren't very good

Wheelchair accessibility: No
