I would rate the service 0 it would be exactly what it deserves I was served that day by this young man who my husband asked him to give him pastry he indeed put it in a box although we asked him that we are eating in the cafe the box fell on the floor but still served us it, the almond croissant no taste the cafe latte and the expresso were cold. Last time I would set foot in that place again. The way the service was given that day absolutely horrendous. 😡

We were overlooked in line while staff assisted others behind us simply because they spoke French. When it was finally our turn, the older employee refused to speak English and walked away without helping us. We complained to two other staffs and the guy looked like the store manager apologized (definitely not genuinely). The experience was awful. In a bilingual country, customers deserve respectful service in both official languages. Poor tourists!!!

When it was our turn, the older man refused to speak English, acted rude, and walked away instead of helping us. We had to complain just to get someone who could understand us. The manager eventually apologized, but it was unacceptable. In a bilingual country, they should have staff who can serve customers respectfully in both languages.

The baked goods we had were very tasty.
The coffee was very average. They didn't grind their coffee fresh, they use coffee bags and you can tell. The coffee is weak and bland. At least they don't charge extra for plant based milk.

Must try strawberry tart and mango and dragon fruit lemonade.
Getting bought by Metro ruined it. Pastries and sandwiches are not very good anymore. Staff are good and bread still seems to be solid.
Helped us find what we needed. In and out and there were nice short bottles with variety.
Very good bakery but with slightly high prices
