Way to expensive for the amount of product they give you. I had 2 sips of my bubble tea, and I finished the jelly...Usually same size in other places is 7 cad and here is almost 10 cad...

Yesterday, I ordered a pineapple coconut slush with lite sugar. I can taste the freshness of the pineapple, as there are pineapple seeds in the slush. I really enjoy it. The drink is a bit pricey tho.

I received a Bubble tea with milk that was out of date, I didn't realize it and immediately saw the sugar in it but it tasted weird, I got sick and when explaining the situation to the employees on site he was very hostile. I will never go back

FR :During our visit to this establishment, I left my companion, of Thai origin and student in Toronto, alone to order a bubble tea. She took the initiative to order in French, making an appreciable effort to adapt to the local language. However, to his surprise, the staff's response was not only in English, but also tinged with a derogatory attitude. In a province where French is the official language, it would be normal to expect service in this language, or failing that, a polite and understanding approach. A simple word of apology, accompanied by a request for permission to continue in English, would have greatly improved the experience, especially if it had been done with a smile. This unfortunate interaction created discomfort for my companion, who is not used to having such deplorable service and it does not reflect, in my opinion, the warm and open-minded welcome that Montreal and its inhabitants know how to offer. Training in communication and manners would be beneficial for this staff member.I choose to give two stars, not to criticize the chain as a whole, but to specifically highlight the disappointing quality of service received during this visit. It would be good if the manager could train his staff to communicate well and WITH a smile.THANKS.ENG:During our visit to this establishment, I let my companion, a Thai national and a student in Toronto, order a bubble tea on her own.
