I just got a M2 and it tasted like water:( very disappointed it’s my go to and this location made it so bad unfortunately.

Good service and convenient location.
I asked for Hongkong style milk tea hot. I was served Assam iced tea loaded with sugar at 10$ for a small. It is so sweet I cannot even taste the tea. Total rip off.
Way too thick for a milk tea and taste was very bland

Yesterday, I ordered a pineapple coconut slush with lite sugar. I can taste the freshness of the pineapple, as there are pineapple seeds in the slush. I really enjoy it. The drink is a bit pricey tho.

I received a Bubble tea with milk that was out of date, I didn't realize it and immediately saw the sugar in it but it tasted weird, I got sick and when explaining the situation to the employees on site he was very hostile. I will never go back
