I love this place, it smells amazing, very new and cozy, the food was so amazingly good, and the lady at the counter was so nice and kind, love this place!!!

Kid-friendliness: This is probably the best boba place you’ve ever found, would recommend for families with kids cause it costs less than those boba shops in downtown!!!

Perfect presotea! The employees are very nice and even though there isn’t a lot of employees working at the same time, they always manage to work fast during rush hours!☺️// and also look how cute the new cups are?!!

Photos are dated May 29, 2024, new menu, new partnership with Miss Pho for bánh mì and sushi! As with the usual bubble tea service, quick and efficient! The baguette is fresh, the ingredients tasty too (pulled chicken) - I asked for an addition of marinated vegetables and the sandwich was exactly what I expected. A simple mayonnaise as a sauce on the other hand. I highly recommend!
