the piano at this location is cool, but this was the worse bubble tea i’ve ever had, i got my usual order and it tastes like plastic. it’s so bad i can’t even drink it. :(

Presotea is a great spot if you’re looking for high-quality drinks and friendly service. The staff are always welcoming and make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. What really stands out is the huge variety on the menu, there are so many different options to try that it keeps things interesting every time you go.
The only downside is the price, especially for the large drinks, which feels a bit steep compared to other places. That said, the flavors and freshness definitely make it worth it as an occasional treat. Overall, Presotea delivers a great experience and is a place I’d happily come back to.

I have no idea why but the employee refused to serve me before I even said a word.
She served other clients but I had to order from the machine and my drink came after everybody else that came after me were served.

Boba was tasty but service was rough. I came in on August 7th around 1:40PM, I only ordered 2 regular to go bobas, and it took them over 10 minutes for them to give it to me despite there being only one other person in front of me. My order was a to-go order but I didn’t receive a bag or straws and I had to grab them and ask for a bag. Employees looked like they did not want to be there

Got two drinks, they were okay like a 7/10 but however I asked for some water to drink and they said they charge $2 for that. Absolutely absurd service.

Good place to gather with friends. Boba pearls are ok. Fruit teas are tasty. Taro milk tea was very fake powdery. Would get fruit tea with boba next time
